About professional cuddling
Professional cuddling is a form of touch therapy, and it is a completely platonic service. Cuddle therapy is known to treat health and personal issues, ease stress, lower anxiety, improve depression, boost social skills, reduce pain, decrease aggression, boost relaxation, improve self esteem, reduce PTSD, increase confidence and happiness, and it has other benefits too.
If you have anxiety, feeling stressed, alone or overwhelmed, lacking confidence or wish to explore the wonderful benefits cuddles have on your health and well-being, then you are in the right place.
I want this to be a truly relaxing, caring and comforting session. This is your time and sessions can be fully guided or co-created based on your preferences.
After a short conversation, I’ll guide you through some breathing techniques to help get you relaxed. The rest of the session can incorporate eye-contact, hugging, sharing conversation, quiet hand-holding, playing with hair or trying various cuddling positions. If you are not sure what you like, we can try a few different things. I will always respect your boundaries and expect you to respect mine.
